You are buying an Art Deco style, robin's egg blue, cased glass vase with a black rim. It stands about 6-3/4" high with a 3-1/4" diameter at the rim. It is in excellent condition with some soil remnants from use. This does not have any country of manufacture marks but it is similar in style to those we have listed with Made in Czechoslovakia etched into the base.
