The Mandruzzato company was started by Luigi Mandruzzato in 1956. The silver foil flakes are striking against black (amethyst, as you can see in the closeup of mouth of the vase) The silver barbarico design encased in clear glass. The inner black-silver lining is called the "silver quarter". Sommerso interior, and gives it a modernist look. Outer glass is crystal clear, with 6 flat sides. This was made by Mandruzzato in Murano, Italy.
